my current preferred upscale-er of choice 2021-2022 has proven to be TVE AI   models just getting better and better faster and faster  always loading updates upon updates feature new face re-construction tech a sight to behold its made my HQ models look unlike them self (a desired look at time) so plus 200% blow up is a good place to stop upping (you asking too much dan) i think there is was a blow up software the upscale proved to be satisfying (but different tech/algo) one cannot depend on interpolation entirely dan
