Kim Wah San Antonio's Best Pecking Duck?

Hey me again, the man of few and often repeated words.


Ahhh Peking duck how I miss you. If traffic weren't so bad and I had 3 friends
to share with. I'd be there with you, and we would become one.


Chinese spice
powder rubbed all over your body, then BBQ'ed to perfection. Fat dripping,
making your skin crispy and delicious. Maybe someday the above will become
true, enough
fantasizing for now. This is not the first time I've writting about Kim Wah's Duck, have a second helping.



For about 20 dollars treat your self to the best San Antonio has to offer.
You get 2 plates out of 1 duck. Plate 1 is Pecking duck with what I call puffy
tortillas searved with with a sweet sauce and some greenery. Nothing goes to
waste. Plate 2 is your choice of soup or stir fry made from the bones and left
overs. May I suggest the stir fry, spicy please :)


I do not work for these people and I am not trying to get a free duck. Call
them and order a Peckin Duck now, just make sure you have like 3-4 people to
share with :)
